These Terms of Service govern use of SoccerTalentsBank by academies, agents, scouts and clubs (together, "Users"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SoccerTalentsBank is a subscription marketplace connecting verified football academies with clubs, agents and scouts. Revenue is 100% subscriptions. We never charge a commission on any transfer, contract, or transaction between Users.

2. Accounts and roles

Each account belongs to exactly one organisation-side role (Academy Nigeria, Academy International, Agent/Scout, or Club). Staff roles (Moderator, FIFA-licensed agent, Admin) are assigned by SoccerTalentsBank only and are never self-selected.

3. Academy verification

An academy's players are not visible to buyers until SoccerTalentsBank verifies the academy. Verification may be suspended or revoked at our discretion, including for fraudulent documentation or safeguarding concerns.

4. Minors

Users acknowledge that many players listed are minors and agree to comply with all applicable child-protection and data-protection law, including the safeguards described in our Minor Safeguarding Policy.

5. No commission, no circumvention

SoccerTalentsBank does not participate in, broker, or take a fee from any transfer negotiation. Users are solely responsible for the legality of any transaction they enter into with each other.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
